退换政策 / Return & Exchange Policy

• 仅接受有制造缺陷商品，且需在收到货后的 3天 内提出。逾期将不予处理。
• 退换货需提供清晰的 照片证明，并与客服确认后方可进行。
• 定制商品因个性化生产，不接受因个人喜好或错误提供的信息而导致的退换。

English:

• Returns or exchanges are only accepted for items with manufacturing defects and must be requested within 3 days of receiving the goods.
• Clear photographic evidence is required for defect claims, and exchanges will only proceed after confirmation from customer service.
• As all jerseys are custom-made, returns due to personal preference or incorrect information provided by the customer will not be accepted.

下单须知 / Order Guidelines

• 球衣的尺寸、名字和号码 以客服最终确认的信息为准，其他信息不视为最终确认。
• 客户须自行决定尺码，我们仅提供建议作为参考。若因尺码选择错误导致问题，将不视为退货理由。
• 客户需在下单前 仔细核对所有细节，确认后将无法更改。
• 由于印刷设备会和显示屏幕的有所不同，所以设计图仅用于效果视觉部分，和成品的颜色，细节，大小等，有可能会略有差异，此类情况不视为产品缺陷。

English:

• The jersey’s size, name and number are final as confirmed by customer service. Any other information will not be considered final.
• Customers are responsible for choosing their own size. We only provide sizing suggestions for reference. Incorrect size selection will not be accepted as a reason for returns or exchanges.
• Customers must carefully review all details before placing an order. Once confirmed, orders cannot be changed.
• Due to differences between printing equipment and display screens, design mockups are for illustration purposes only. Final product may slightly differences in color, detail or scaling, etc. Such variations are not considered as product defects.

设计服务与订金 / Design Service & Deposit

• 免费提供设计服务，如果客户想要在下单前看设计，可以支付 RM100 订金，此订金会在后续下单抵扣在总额里，直接下单则无需支付设计订金。
• 设计定金自付款日起有效期为三个月，逾期后将直接失效并不予退还。
• 在逾期后还想要继续使用已做好的设计或新设计，之前的订金都不能用于此订单。
• 我们的设计包含了5次免费修改，第6次起每次修改将收取 RM30 设计费。
• 所有由 BFA JERSEY 创作的设计，其设计版权与发布权均归本公司所有。我们保留所有用于宣传与展示的权利。

English:

• We provide free design services. If customers wish to see the design mockups before placing an order, a RM100 deposit is required. This deposit will be deducted from the total order amount if the order proceeds. Customers who place an order directly will not need to pay this deposit to see the design mockups.
• The design deposit is valid for three (3) months from the date of payment. Once expired, it will automatically forfieted and non-refundable.
• If customers wish to continue using the existing design or request a new design after the deposit has expired, the previous deposit cannot be applied to the new order.
• Each design includes up to five (5) free revisions. From the sixth revision onwards, a RM30 design fee will be charged per revision.
• All designs created by BFA JERSEY remain the intellectual property of the company. We reserve all rights to use them for promotional and display purposes.

Branding & Logo / 品牌与标志

• 所有 BFA JERSEY 的设计都会默认包含我们的 BFA logo，标准位置为右胸口、后背上方，以及右裤脚。
• 这些位置属于我们品牌视觉识别的一部分，在设计过程中将不会被移除。
• 客户如有意使用自定义品牌标志以移除或替代 BFA logo，可向我方提出相关需求。我方将在评估后提供额外收费服务。
• 我们将不会在设计中使用任何带有未经授权的品牌标志。

English:

• All BFA JERSEY designs will automatically include our BFA logo at three standard positions: right chest, upper back, and right shorts leg.
• These placements are part of our brand identity and will not be removed during the design process.
• If clients wish to use their own custom branding to remove or replace the BFA logo, they may submit a request. We will evaluate the request and provide an additional service with a separate charge.
• We will reject any unauthorized brand logos in our designs.

生产与发货时间 / Production & Shipping Time

• 生产时间：14-18天（不含周末及公共假期）。
• 发货时间 （预计） ：
  • 西马：1-3 工作日
  • 东马：5-7 工作日
• 上述时间为标准参考时间，量大的订单、多节假日的季节、也会有所调整，如果有时间疑虑的顾客请务必自行和客服确认。 否则在预计的生产时间范围内发生的任何延误或损失，不作为赔偿理由。

English:

• Production Time: 14-18 days (excluding weekends and public holidays).
• Shipping Time (Estimated):
  • West Malaysia: 1-3 working days
  • East Malaysia: 5-7 working days
• The timelines stated above are standard references. For large orders or peak holiday seasons, adjustments may occur. Customers who have concerns regarding delivery time are advised to confirm by themselves with customer service in advance. Otherwise, any delays or losses within the stated production timeframe will not be considered grounds for compensation.

物流 / delivery

• 由于派送是由第三方负责，任何在派送造成的延误和损失，我们概不直接承担赔偿责任，有需要我们会协助客户向物流公司申诉或索赔。
• 我们会协助客户跟进物流状态，确保包裹安全送达。

English:

• We are not liable for any delays, damages, or losses caused by the courier service. We will assist customers in filing claims with the courier if necessary.
• We will assist in monitoring the delivery process to ensure safe arrival.

付款与订单 / Payment & Order Confirmation

• 付款方式：电子钱包（E-wallet）、网上转账（Online Transfer）或货到付款（COD）。
• 需支付至少 50% 订金 后才会开始生产，剩余金额可选择 COD 或转账支付/电子钱包。
• COD 付款需额外收取 6% 手续费（基于 COD 金额计算）。
• 定制订单一经确认，不接受取消或更改，请务必在确认前仔细核对所有细节。

English:

• Payment Methods: E-wallet, online transfer, and COD (cash on delivery).
• A minimum 50% deposit is required before proceeding with production. The remaining balance can be paid via COD or bank transfer/e-wallet.
• COD payments will incur an additional 6% charge based on the COD amount.
• Once confirmed, custom orders cannot be canceled or modified. Please review all details carefully before finalizing your order.

紧急订单收费 / Rush Order Charges

• 若客户需要 在承诺时间范围内加急 处理订单，请提前联系客服确认是否可行。
• 我们将根据加急程度收取 额外费用，并尽最大努力在指定时间内完成。
• 若无法在 承诺的加急时效内送达，我们将 全额退还加急费用。

English:

• If you require expedited processing, please contact our customer service team to confirm feasibility.
• Rush order fees will apply based on urgency, and we will do our best to meet the agreed rush deadline.
• If we fail to deliver within the agreed rush period, the rush fee will be fully refunded.
